What time does the ceremony begin?

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking and seating.

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors followed by dinner indoors.

La cérémonie et la réception auront lieu à l'extérieur, suivies d'un dîner à l'intérieur.

Accommodations & Transportation

Hébergements & transport

We're organizing transportation between the Hard Rock Hotel and Thee Farm. A shuttle will run from the hotel to the venue prior to the ceremony, and return trips will be available later in the evening at two different times. ALL Guests are welcome to take the shuttle. Exact shuttle times and pickup details will be shared closer to the wedding.

Responsible Choice will also be on-site at Thee Farm to help ensure everyone gets home safely.

Nous organisons le transport entre le Hard Rock Hotel et Thee Farm. Une navette assurera la liaison entre l'hôtel et le lieu avant la cérémonie, et des retours seront disponibles en soirée à deux horaires prévus. Les horaires exacts et les lieux de prise en charge/dépose seront communiqués à l’approche du mariage.

Responsible Choice sera également présent sur place à Thee Farm pour aider à ce que chacun rentre chez soi en toute sécurité.

How does the hotel room block work? Comment est-ce que ça fonctionne?

Guests who selected "yes" to the hotel room block on their RSVP will be contacted about one month before the wedding with booking details and payment instructions. Rooms will be available at a discounted group rate and are optional.

Les invités qui ont répondu « Oui » à la question du bloc de chambres sur leur RSVP seront contactés environ un mois avant le mariage avec les détails de réservation et les instructions de paiement. Des chambres seront proposées à un tarif de groupe réduit et sont facultatives.
